4th of July Events

I have linked all events to the calendar listing so that you may be able to get more information about each event!  Have a SAFE Fourth!

Festivals:

·         Downtown: Festival on the Fourth: starts at 4 PM on July 4th and ends with fireworks approximately 10 PM.  Come and enjoy good music, good food and good times!  There is also a kids play area sponsored by Regal Cinemas!

·         Farragut: Red, White and Blues in the lawn of Farragutpress at 11863 Kingston Pike.  This event is on July 3rd and starts at 6:30 PM and runs through 10 PM.  There will be entertainment, food and lots for fun for the kids!

·         Lenoir City: Rockin’ the Docks: July 6th starting at 4 PM until fireworks at the Lenoir City Park!  Lots of food, fun and children’s play area!

·         Powell: July 4th Community Celebration on Emory Road, across from the park.  This celebration starts at 11 AM and will feature a DJ; free hotdogs, chips, watermelon and ice cold water; there will also be a splash pad for the kids!

Fireworks:

·         Downtown: The KSO 29th Annual FREE Pilot Flying J Independence Day Concert at World's Fair Park July 4th at 8:00 PM.  Fireworks will start at 9:35 PM.

·         Oak Ridge: Oak Ridge Community Band Independence Day Concert – on July 4th starting at 7:30 at AK Bissell Park, followed by the Oak Ridge Community Fireworks.  Razzleberry's Ice Cream Lab will be at the park that evening to sell ice cream.

Parades:

·         Farragut: Along Kingston Pike, starting at Campbell Station and ending at Boring Road – July 4th from 9:30 AM – 12 PM

·         Lenoir City: Parade to start after the Firecracker Run, going down Broadway

·         Powell: July 4th, starting at 11 AM, starting at Emory Road at the Food City and continuing onto Brickyard.

Races:

·         Lenoir City: Firecracker Run – starts at 11 AM on July 4th on Broadway in Lenoir City.  This is a FUN half-mile run for kids ages 5 – 12!
