Nations First 4th of July Parade in Gatlinburg!

Be part of the first July 4th parade in the nation as downtown Gatlinburg hosts their 44th annual First Parade and lights up the night with a spectacular show filled with colors, lots of fun, and parade down the main strip at 12:01 am!

Parkway, downtown Gatlinburg

Be sure to arrive early for a good spot as the Parkway is blocked off before the start of the parade

4th of July Celebration of Museum of Appalachia

Spend Independence Day celebrating the old-fashioned way! The Museum of Appalachia opens for visitors at 9 and the Anvil shooting is at 10, 11, noon, 1 and 3. Event includes a bell-ringing ceremony, flag procession, old-fashioned games, music, and demonstrations from beekeepers, blacksmiths, and patriotic re-enactors. All activities free with a day's admission


Town of Farragut's Annual Independence Day Parade

The 32nd annual Farragut Independence Day Parade starts at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 4, on Kingston Pike at Stadium Drive, moving west to Boring Road. Bands, floats, animals, antique cars and more will come together to make up this year's parade. Kick off your Fourth of July celebration in Farragut!


Knoxville's Festival on the 4th!

Spend your 4th in a kid-friendly atmosphere at World's Fair Park in downtown Knoxville with tons to do including kids’ area, live music, and good eats (available for purchase). The night will end with a fireworks finale at 9:35 pm

Don’t miss Dolly’s Nights of Many Colors, a spectacular nightly fireworks display across the sky above Dollywood.
